I am not going to lie I do get pretty lazy when working out as I do not like to count my calories or figure out what I need to eat. I think its just to complex. With my BodyMedia armband I did not have to do the calculating, it did it for me.

I recently was given a bag of Hemp Hearts for free from a company called Manitoba Harvest as part of a product review.
Hemp may sound a little unusual but is a very tasty grain that taste a lot like almonds. Hemp hearts can be eaten by themselves or you can cook or bake with them and if you are up to something really delicious you could try it in your smoothie like I did. There is an endless possibilities of what you can make with them or how you can eat them just sit back and enjoy there all natural flavor. Sprinkle Hemp Hearts on salads, or add to cereal, yogurt, in baking or even into smoothies!
Have you ever used flax seed? Well this is BETTER! Hemp Hearts are great choice for you or anyone else looking to add essential omegas and extra protein to your daily diet. The good thing is they do not taste bad either. When I first got them I took a small pinch of them out of the bag and put them in my hand and just ate them right out the bag. Also as mentioned above when I added them to my smoothie I did not have a funny texture or taste it just gave me that extra omegas that my body needs, since I probably do not get enough of them right now.

I was given this scale for free from Ozeri as part of a product review. I really like how fancy this scale looks. I did have a hard time setting it up at first but I think that is because I was too excited to try it out that I didn’t read the instructions first.
The scale normally sells for $69.99 however is on sale on Amazon for $38.95 so do not miss out on this savings is almost half off the original price.
One of the things that I like about it the most is that it keeps track of your information. But not only does it track your information it can track others as well.
The only thing I have not yet figured out is how to get it to read pounds instead of kilograms. LOL. But I am not giving up yet. I will concur that step.
It has a very nice clean design unlike those tacky cheap scales you can get at the mass super market chains. It is very durable and accurate as I may not be able to see the pounds but I do know my technology and know how to convert it online.
I also noticed that standard bathroom scales do not go above 300 however this one goes up to 440 pounds. I don’t thankfully have to worry about this nor hope to ever have to but this is nice for those who have a little more weight than some to track their weight loss goals. It is nice to see products accommodate people who are a little larger, this tells me they really do care about everyone’s health goals not just those who are already skinny and make you jealous to look at.

I got this Ozeri 4×3 razor pedometer free as part of a product review from OzeriProducts. It comes with a spare battery,instructions, a little screw driver and a carry strap. It has a nice large screen so it is easy to read. I also found it very easy to program as well. This pedometer is awesome for someone who wants to start working to be healthy. Being healthy is important to everyone and this pedometer helps you count your way to a thinner you. It tracks heart rate, distance, time, calories burned, miles travelled, and steps taken. You can use this information during tracking your goals and there are even applications that you can upload this data to available right on the android devices making your data be more mobile.
The slim design with secure clip and included lanyard give you lots of options for wearing it. It helps secure the pedometer to your pocket or waistline during the times you may be walking, jogging, or running. It also has an easy to reset option on the back.. I was given two free containers of Epsoms Salt as part of a product review from Epsoms Salt Council.
I know that I have used Epsoms salt in the past for many different purposes. I have used it on a warm hot towel and applied to the eyes of my children when they were little for pink eye and it worked great. My best friend also uses it for when he has done a hard work out and his muscles get sore. And if I remember right I think my mom use to use it on me when I was little with the chicken pox.
Things that I learned but never thought of using it for are bee stings, sunburns, and poison ivy.
This also makes a great bath soak.
(per the website) Add 2 cups of bath salt to warm water in a standard-sized bathtub (double the Epsom Salt for an oversized garden tub). Bathe 3 times weekly, soaking for at least 12 minutes.
Did you know that this helps fade bruises? I know I did not. This is awesome to know because I am a very clumsy girl who has had many bruises along the years. And with being a mom I know there will be many more bruises to tend to.
Epsoms salt is not only for health benefits did you know it can be used in the garden too? And this is garden season right now. They say you can use it on peppers and tomatoes to help them grow, house plants, roses, lawns, trees, and shrubs.
But wait, there is so much more that you can do with Epsoms salt. You can even incorporate it in your every day beauty routine. You can use it for pedicures, as a hair volumizer, facials, bath salts, and spa treatments.
Epsoms Salt has so many uses that you may not have known about.
I actually used epsoms salt to make a scented bath salt for a family member just last Christmas.
Here is my scented bath salt recipe I used :
Supplies Needed:
1 clean gallon Ziploc bag per oil (use different bags if you plan on making a different scented bath salt soak)
Plain Epsom salts
100% pure essential oil in your favorite variety
You should be able to find the plain Epsom salts in the health and beauty section of your local grocery store. These salts are fairly inexpensive, and I picked up a medium sized bag for about $3. One bag of Epsom salts will make quite a few batches of your own scented bath salts.
The essential oil may feel like it is a bit pricey. I spent about $12 for a .5 fluid ounce bottle. However, this single bottle will probably be more oil than I need for a year of hot baths. Look for your favorite 100% pure essential oil in the natural section of your local grocery store. For this article, I chose to use Lavender oil by Aura Cacia.
How to Make Your Own Scented Bath Salt Soak
1. Measure out 3 cups of Epsom salts and pour them into the Ziploc bag.
2. Add in 10-15 drops of essential oil. If you like a heavier fragrance, then add more oil drops. If you prefer a lighter fragrance, then you might want to start with 5 drops and see how you like the mixture.
3. Seal the Ziploc bag and shake vigorously for a few seconds.
How to Store Your Own Custom Scented Bath Salts
Once you’ve made your own scented bath salts, you’ll want to store them since a single batch will probably be enough for several baths. I like to purchase a pretty glass jar with lid. I then purchase some pretty ribbon to tie around the jar. I also print out my own labels to mark which scent I used on the bottle.
These bath salt jars make really great gifts for birthdays, Mother’s Day, or Christmas.
How to Use the Scented Bath Salts
Pour a cup or two of scented bath salts into warm running water. You may want to use a little more or a little less depending on the size of your bath tub.
